Suum Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

The Suum (สุ่ม) app ("the App") is developed and operated by N NEAT SOLUTION ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and share it, and how you can access or delete it, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1. Summary

• You can use the App without signing up. We create an anonymous account automatically, and it isn't linked to your name or email.
• We do not sell your data, and the App shows no ads.
• We do not store your location. We use it only to find shops near you.
• You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the App.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Account

• Anonymous account: a randomly generated account ID only.
• If you choose to link Google or Facebook: your name, email address and profile photo, as provided by that service. We use these only to sign you back in and to move your data between devices.

2.2 Data you create in the App (stored under your account)

• Spin history (the dish you got, time, meal window, filters used, and whether you ate it), favorites, and your stats.
• Coins, missions, challenges and items you have redeemed.
• Meal journal: the shop, date, dishes, price, notes and photos you take. Your journal is private and nobody else can see it unless you choose to share it.
• Chef settings: whether the chef is on, your eating goal (balanced / lighter / more protein), and an optional daily calorie target. We do not ask for your weight, height or other body measurements.

2.3 Data kept only on your device (never uploaded)

• The food allergies you select.
• Your filters and your choice of spin machine.

2.4 Location

• If you allow it, the App uses your device's precise and approximate location only while you are using the App, to find nearby shops that sell a dish and to show distances.
• When our own shop list is too thin, your coordinates are sent through our server to Google Places to search nearby.
• We do not store your coordinates. We log only the dish searched, the time, and the number of results, to enforce a daily limit and to learn which dishes still need shops.
• If you deny location access, the App still works but won't show distances.

2.5 Shops you submit

• When you submit or edit a shop, we collect the shop name, its location, prices, and photos of the storefront or menu board.
• Approved shops become part of the shared shop list that all users see.
• Menu-board photos are read by AI to extract dishes and prices, and our staff review the results before they are published.

2.6 Chat with the Chef (AI)

• Your messages, your eating goal and the meals you ate in the last 7 days are sent to an AI provider to generate a reply.
• We do not store your conversations. We record only when you sent a message, to enforce a daily limit.
• Please don't type sensitive personal information into the chat.

2.7 Group voting rooms

• When you create or join a voting room, in the App or on the web at neatsuum-room.web.app, we store the nickname you enter, each person's suggested dish, and the votes.
• Anyone with the link can open the room, and rooms are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
• Allergies you tick on the room web page stay in that browser and are never sent anywhere.

2.8 Usage and diagnostics (collected automatically)

• Firebase Analytics: in-app events (e.g. spinning, confirming you ate a dish), speed and errors of in-app tasks, device model, OS version, approximate country, and the device Advertising ID, which the Firebase SDK reads on its own. We do not use the Advertising ID for advertising. We never send what you type, your location, or the contents of your meal journal to Analytics.
• Firebase Crashlytics: crash and error reports, such as device model, OS version and the part of the code that failed.
• Firebase App Check: verifies that requests come from the genuine App, to protect our backend from abuse.

3. How we use data

• To provide the features you use: spinning, history, nearby shops, chef chat and group voting.
• To keep you signed in and let you move your data between devices.
• To improve the App and fix bugs.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.

Our legal bases are: performing the service you ask for (contract), our legitimate interest in operating and improving the App, and your consent where it is required (e.g. location and photos).

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with the service providers that help us run the App, and only as much as they need.

Your data may be stored or processed on these providers' servers outside Thailand, and each provider has data-protection safeguards that meet international standards. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to protect the rights and safety of our users or of us.

5. Retention

• Data under your account: kept until you delete it or delete your account.
• Voting rooms: deleted automatically within 24 hours.
• Chef conversations: not stored.
• Analytics and crash data: kept for Firebase's retention periods (Analytics up to 14 months, Crashlytics 90 days).

6. Deleting your account and data

In the App, go to Journey tab → person icon → Your account → Delete account. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. It removes:

• Your meal journal and its photos, favorites, spin history, stats, coins and settings.
• Your account and its Google or Facebook link.

What stays: shops you submitted that have been approved, and storefront photos you shared to the shared list, because other users rely on that shop information. We remove your name from them and mark them "account deleted".

If you can't open the App, request deletion at nneatsolutions.web.app/suum/delete-account or email nneatsolution@gmail.com. We will complete your request within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access or get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, move it to another service, and withdraw your consent (for example, by turning off location or photo access in your device settings). You may also lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on Firebase, where access rules allow only the account owner to read their own private data.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. For significant changes, we will also notify you in the App.

แอป สุ่ม (Suum) ("แอป") พัฒนาและดูแลโดย N NEAT SOLUTION ("เรา") นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร นำไปใช้ทำอะไร ส่งต่อให้ใคร และคุณจะขอดูหรือขอลบข้อมูลได้อย่างไร ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

1. สรุปสั้น ๆ

• ใช้แอปได้ทันทีโดยไม่ต้องสมัคร เราสร้างบัญชีนิรนามให้อัตโนมัติ ซึ่งไม่ผูกกับชื่อหรืออีเมลของคุณ
• เราไม่ขายข้อมูลของคุณ และไม่มีโฆษณาในแอป
• เราไม่เก็บพิกัดของคุณไว้ในระบบ ใช้แค่ตอนค้นร้านใกล้คุณเท่านั้น
• ลบบัญชีพร้อมข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้เองในแอป

2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

2.1 บัญชี

• บัญชีนิรนาม มีแค่รหัสประจำบัญชีที่ระบบสุ่มขึ้นมา ไม่มีชื่อหรืออีเมล
• ถ้าคุณเลือกผูกบัญชี Google หรือ Facebook เราจะได้ชื่อ อีเมล และรูปโปรไฟล์ตามที่บัญชีนั้นส่งมาให้ และใช้แค่เพื่อให้คุณเข้าบัญชีเดิมได้และย้ายข้อมูลข้ามเครื่องได้

2.2 ข้อมูลที่เกิดจากการใช้แอป (เก็บอยู่ใต้บัญชีของคุณ)

• ประวัติการหมุน (เมนูที่ได้ เวลา ช่วงมื้อ ฟิลเตอร์ที่ใช้ และกินจริงหรือไม่) เมนูโปรด และตัวเลขสถิติของคุณ
• เหรียญ ภารกิจ ชาเลนจ์ และของที่แลกไว้ในแอป
• บันทึกการไปกิน เช่น ร้าน วันที่ เมนู ราคา โน้ต และรูปที่คุณถ่ายเอง ส่วนนี้เป็นของส่วนตัว คนอื่นมองไม่เห็นจนกว่าคุณจะกดแชร์เอง
• การตั้งค่าแม่ครัว ได้แก่ เปิดหรือปิด เป้าหมายการกิน (สมดุล / เบาลง / เพิ่มโปรตีน) และเป้าแคลอรี่ต่อวันถ้าคุณกรอกไว้ เราไม่ถามน้ำหนัก ส่วนสูง หรือข้อมูลร่างกาย

2.3 ข้อมูลที่เก็บแค่ในเครื่องของคุณ (ไม่ส่งขึ้นเซิร์ฟเวอร์)

• ของที่แพ้ ที่คุณเลือกไว้
• ฟิลเตอร์และเครื่องหมุนที่เลือกไว้

2.4 ตำแหน่ง

• ถ้าคุณอนุญาต แอปจะใช้ตำแหน่งของเครื่อง (ทั้งแบบละเอียดและแบบคร่าว ๆ) ตอนที่คุณใช้แอปเท่านั้น เพื่อหาร้านที่ขายเมนูนั้นใกล้คุณและคำนวณระยะทาง
• ถ้าร้านในรายชื่อของเราไม่พอ พิกัดจะถูกส่งผ่านเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราไปที่ Google Places เพื่อค้นร้านใกล้เคียง
• เราไม่บันทึกพิกัดของคุณ เราเก็บแค่ชื่อเมนูที่ค้น เวลาที่ค้น และจำนวนผลลัพธ์ เพื่อจำกัดจำนวนครั้งที่ค้นได้ต่อวัน และเพื่อดูว่าเมนูไหนที่เรายังไม่มีร้าน
• ไม่อนุญาตก็ใช้แอปได้ตามปกติ เพียงแต่จะไม่เห็นระยะทาง

2.5 ร้านที่คุณเสนอ

• เมื่อคุณเสนอหรือแก้ข้อมูลร้าน เราจะได้ชื่อร้าน ตำแหน่งร้าน ราคา และรูปหน้าร้านหรือรูปป้ายเมนู
• ร้านที่ผ่านการตรวจจะอยู่ในรายชื่อร้านที่ผู้ใช้ทุกคนเห็น
• รูปป้ายเมนูจะถูกส่งให้ AI อ่านรายการอาหารกับราคา แล้วมีทีมงานตรวจซ้ำก่อนเผยแพร่

2.6 แชตกับแม่ครัว (AI)

• ข้อความที่คุณพิมพ์ เป้าหมายการกิน และมื้อที่คุณกินจริงใน 7 วันล่าสุด จะถูกส่งให้ AI ช่วยคิดคำตอบ
• เราไม่เก็บบทสนทนา เราเก็บแค่ว่าคุณส่งข้อความเมื่อไหร่ เพื่อจำกัดจำนวนข้อความต่อวัน
• อย่าพิมพ์ข้อมูลส่วนตัวที่อ่อนไหวลงในแชต

2.7 ห้องโหวตกับเพื่อน

• เมื่อคุณสร้างหรือเข้าห้องโหวต ทั้งในแอปหรือบนเว็บ neatsuum-room.web.app ระบบจะเก็บชื่อเล่นที่คุณกรอก เมนูที่แต่ละคนเสนอ และผลโหวต
• ใครที่มีลิงก์ก็เปิดห้องได้ และ ห้องจะถูกลบอัตโนมัติภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง
• ของที่แพ้ที่ติ๊กไว้บนหน้าเว็บห้องโหวตอยู่ในเบราว์เซอร์นั้นเท่านั้น ไม่ถูกส่งไปไหน

2.8 ข้อมูลการใช้งานและข้อผิดพลาด (เก็บอัตโนมัติ)

• Firebase Analytics: เหตุการณ์ในแอป (เช่น กดหมุน กดว่ากินจริง) และความเร็วหรือข้อผิดพลาดของแต่ละงาน รุ่นของเครื่อง ระบบปฏิบัติการ ประเทศโดยประมาณ และ รหัสโฆษณาของเครื่อง (Advertising ID) ที่ SDK ของ Firebase อ่านเอง เราไม่ใช้รหัสนี้ทำโฆษณา และไม่ส่งข้อความที่คุณพิมพ์ พิกัด หรือเนื้อหาในบันทึกการไปกินเข้าไป
• Firebase Crashlytics: รายงานตอนแอปค้างหรือมีข้อผิดพลาด เช่น รุ่นเครื่อง ระบบปฏิบัติการ และส่วนของโค้ดที่ผิดพลาด
• Firebase App Check: ตรวจว่าคำขอมาจากแอปของจริง เพื่อกันการโจมตีระบบ

3. เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่ออะไร

• ให้บริการตามที่คุณกด เช่น หมุนเมนู เก็บประวัติ หาร้านใกล้คุณ ตอบแชต และนับโหวต
• ให้คุณเข้าบัญชีเดิมและย้ายข้อมูลข้ามเครื่องได้
• ปรับปรุงแอปและแก้ข้อผิดพลาด
• ดูแลความปลอดภัยและกันการใช้งานผิดวัตถุประสงค์
• เราไม่ใช้ข้อมูลของคุณทำโฆษณา ไม่ขาย และไม่ให้เช่า

ฐานทางกฎหมายที่เราใช้คือ การให้บริการตามที่คุณขอ (สัญญา) ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายในการดูแลและปรับปรุงแอป และความยินยอมของคุณในกรณีที่ต้องขอ เช่น ตำแหน่งและรูป

4. ใครที่ได้รับข้อมูล

เราส่งข้อมูลให้ผู้ให้บริการที่ช่วยเราทำแอปเท่านั้น และส่งเท่าที่จำเป็น ได้แก่

• Google (Firebase) เก็บข้อมูล เข้าสู่ระบบ วิเคราะห์การใช้งาน รายงานข้อผิดพลาด
• Google Maps Platform (Places API) ค้นร้านใกล้คุณ
• Meta (Facebook Login) เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Facebook ถ้าคุณเลือก
• Anthropic (Claude) แชตกับแม่ครัว และอ่านรูปป้ายเมนู

ลิงก์นโยบายของแต่ละรายอยู่ในตารางหัวข้อ 4 ของฉบับภาษาอังกฤษด้านบน ข้อมูลอาจถูกเก็บหรือประมวลผลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้นอกประเทศไทย ซึ่งทุกรายมีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลตามมาตรฐานสากล นอกจากนี้ เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเมื่อกฎหมายบังคับ หรือเมื่อจำเป็นต้องใช้เพื่อปกป้องสิทธิ์และความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้หรือของเรา

5. เก็บไว้นานเท่าไหร่

• ข้อมูลใต้บัญชีของคุณ: เก็บไว้จนกว่าคุณจะลบเอง หรือลบบัญชี
• ห้องโหวต: ลบอัตโนมัติภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง
• บทสนทนากับแม่ครัว: ไม่เก็บ
• ข้อมูลการใช้งานและรายงานข้อผิดพลาด: เก็บตามระยะเวลาที่ Firebase กำหนด (Analytics ไม่เกิน 14 เดือน, Crashlytics 90 วัน)

6. ลบบัญชีและข้อมูล

ในแอป ไปที่ แท็บเส้นทาง → ปุ่มรูปคน → บัญชีของคุณ → ลบบัญชี ระบบจะลบทันทีและกู้คืนไม่ได้ สิ่งที่ถูกลบมีดังนี้

• บันทึกการไปกินทั้งหมดพร้อมรูป เมนูโปรด ประวัติการหมุน สถิติ เหรียญ และการตั้งค่า
• บัญชีของคุณ และการผูกกับ Google หรือ Facebook

สิ่งที่ยังอยู่ต่อ: ร้านที่คุณเสนอและผ่านการตรวจแล้ว รวมถึงรูปหน้าร้านที่คุณแชร์เข้ารายชื่อกลาง เพราะผู้ใช้คนอื่นยังใช้ข้อมูลร้านนี้อยู่ แต่เราจะลบชื่อคุณออก ให้เหลือแค่ว่า "ลบบัญชีแล้ว"

ถ้าเปิดแอปไม่ได้ ขอลบได้ที่ nneatsolutions.web.app/suum/delete-account หรืออีเมล nneatsolution@gmail.com เราจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน

7. สิทธิ์ของคุณ

ตาม PDPA คุณมีสิทธิ์ขอดูหรือขอสำเนาข้อมูล ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ ขอให้หยุดใช้ ขอคัดค้านการใช้ ขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอม (เช่น ปิดสิทธิ์ตำแหน่งหรือสิทธิ์รูปในการตั้งค่าของเครื่อง) และร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ ถ้าต้องการใช้สิทธิ์ข้อใด ติดต่อเราที่อีเมลด้านล่าง

8. เด็ก

แอปนี้ไม่ได้ทำมาสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่ได้ตั้งใจเก็บข้อมูลของเด็ก ถ้าคุณพบว่าเด็กส่งข้อมูลส่วนตัวมาให้เรา ติดต่อเราเพื่อให้ลบได้

9. ความปลอดภัย

ข้อมูลส่งผ่านการเชื่อมต่อแบบเข้ารหัส (HTTPS) และเก็บบน Firebase ที่มีกฎสิทธิ์กำหนดว่า ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของแต่ละบัญชีมีแค่เจ้าของบัญชีที่อ่านได้

10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

ถ้าเราแก้นโยบายนี้ เราจะอัปเดตหน้านี้และวันที่มีผลด้านบน ถ้าเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในแอปด้วย
